Bringing my car in to any dealer?

hey guys, i got some issues with my navigation, can i bring it to any dealer to have it fixed or do i need to bring it to the dealer i bought the car from?

All dealerships should honor warranty work. BMW gmbH pays the dealership standard labor rates for warranty work as I understand it, so there's no reason they shouldn't take that work.

That being said, if you didn't buy it from them, many are stingy on loaners, detailing, etc.

thanks alot guys, no my dealer where i bought my car is about 30 miles away. my closest dealer is 10 miles away, even tho i dont like them, they can still fix my navi.

Are they obligated? I don't think so, but could be wrong. They always make me wait 8 hours in the crowded waiting room which is full. If it's full (15 people or more) and they're obligated to provide a rental, then there are a lot of people like myself who are misinformed....(haha maybe they've got 1990 525's or something, making me the only idiot who purchased new and is waiting)
