Turner Motorsport's project racing E90 w/ BBS RGR wheels

From the TMS website:

In anticipation of both the 2006 Grand-Am Cup and SPEED Touring Car seasons, TMS has taken delivery of a new 2006 E90 BMW 330i. Will Turner: “This car will eventually be a racecar for one of the two series we run in the 2006 season, we will also use it to develop and test a number of high-performance products for the street."

I can't wait to see them splash this car with their traditional blue/yellow paint and get this thing on the racetrack!

Damn, love the car. It would go nice with the Hamann splitters. Gotta lose the ambers though.

I think you say the rims look small cuz the tires are a little thicker then usual but otherwise they look pretty big especially in the more close up pictures

I personally think the black centers make it seem a bit smaller. If it was regular silver centers the wheels would be brighter overall and hence look bigger.

If I was the McLaren owner I wouldn't bring my car to these guys. Did anyone else notice that on the front end pic of the 330i that they put the tire on backwards on the front passenger side. The tip of the V-shaped tread should hit the ground first causing the water to be pushed to the sides. The first time these guys drive in the rain all the water is going to be sucked into the middle of the tread pattern:

Turner is a very well respected BMW tuner and has a good racing program. At the time the pics were taken, they fit the wheels on in any random order just to see how they would look.

They aren't "These guys." That's Turner... they have forgotten more about BMWs then most of us (including me) will ever know. They probably just threw the wheels on for the shoot since that car is about to get stripped down, ripped apart and put back together leaner, meaner and tougher then any other E90.

I'm sorry guys I didn't mean to put the company down I guess it was my lame attempt to make a weak joke. Sorry guys. Any company that can work on BMW's and do it correctly must know something about them because they are very complicated.

My take on it is even though they had to slap the wheels on quickly it doesn't take that much time to distinguish which wheels go on what side. Now they have to take them off and fix and easily avoidable mistake.
