Looking to buy (not lease) a used but excellent condition 2013 BMW 328i, must have the following: less than 30k miles, M-Sport Package, Cold Weather Package. Prefer to have the following: Moonroof, Automatic transmission, All-Season tires (square 225/45-18 setup), and clear title in owner's name so I can take ownership right away instead of waiting weeks to receive the title in the mail that still has a lien on it. Willing to consider any color, staggered wheel setup on M-Sport pkg, 6-speed manual stick shift if no auto available, maybe xDrive and Premium package but don't really need them...minor cosmetic mods might be ok but nothing too drastic and definitely nothing that could void the warranty. Location: within 300 miles of Chicago, IL, maybe further, will consider Los Angeles (I live in Chicago and work for an airline so I can fly-and-drive for the right deal, I fly to LA frequently as that's where I'm from and wouldn't mind a cross-country joyride/vacation). Must be a private owner, not interested in dealers to avoid higher prices and higher sales tax, willing to pay KBB private party value with appropriate corrections for condition, mileage, equipment. I'd take it to a mechanic to get an inspection at my cost of course prior to purchase. I can pay by cashier's check, my bank is Chase Bank so the transaction could be done and funds verified at any local branch. I'm replacing my 2006 325i.
