Winter Wheels

Hello,

Kind of a dumb question, but would 16" wheels work on the M235i? Considering that for winter, as there are some pretty good used tire+rim combinations available.

Also, what offset range would work?

Thanks

16's wont clear the m sport blue calipers.

Min 17" and even then you need to check clearances if not using OEM.

There's a thread in our Canuck forum right now. dalrx says he's putting on 16s. Check out post #14. He's a bit light on details. Maybe he'll post more or pm him.

Go to www.tirereack.com and plug in your car. They will have the exact fitment and recommended wheels tires for your car including going down in size. In my case I had 228 I m sport non m sport brakes and so I could put 16 inch wheel with 205/55/16 blizzak ws80 on it. Gil@tirerack.com email him....He helped me last time with my 128I coupe. Just got my setup delivered 2 days from online order up here to canada tire rack is flawless!
