Dinan in N. Scottsdale

Went to BMW North to find out about the Dinan flash to boost my power only to find out they no longer carry Dinan, just BMW

The good news is Ultimate Auto Works is now a Dinan shop

and they will be doing that ECU and exhaust install next week and I don't have to pay an extra $35 an hour at BMW North

Dude, don't go to BMW North anyways. The service is much better at Chapman.

Both are good, depends on your service writer. Still like Ultimate, labor is $35 cheaper.

Service at chapman plain sucks. I drive an extra 20 mins up to BMW NS for service.

I remember when I went up there a few months ago for service (~August), they had already cleared out the Dinan section of the dealership.....Just a few stickers on the walls that showed it was even there before.....

Are you guys talking about Chapmap on Camelback or Chapman on McDowell in Scottsdale?

I bought my car at Chapman on Camelback and cannot say enough good things about Ben, Art, and James in the fleet department there - the best I have encountered. The only experience I have with BMW North is that some of their sales guys play games with pricing.

Can you go into some detail why, and who your SA was? I live really close (about 5 minutes) to BMW North but will take the car wherever the best service is.

I'm in the same boat. I bought at Chapman Camelback from Ben, Artin & James and had a great experience. Would like to know how their service ranks, too.

i'd rather go to chapman. they will give you a nice bmw loaner for free. in bmw north scottsdale you have to pay $10 a day for a rental!
