X4 Seat covers

Due to the fact I spend quick some time outdoors, I am looking for proper seat covers for my soon to be X4 (with sport seats).

Anybody has a good idea? Or a link of a good (preferably European) supplier?

Or experience with seat covers on other sports seats?

Jypsie: BMW - like all car manufacturers - spend tons of money to develop seats and cloth/leather, that are durable and easy to clean. Not to talk about seat comfort!

If you still want a cover, the easiest is to take a cloth - put it over the seat and make a top end, which will fit over the top end of the seat - and use it only when it is absolutely necessary

Just to be clear: I have been driven BMW's all my life almost and not without a reason. I know you can clean the seats, and I know they are of a good quality. Only, when you have to get into your car with a muddy and wet wadding suite, it is not what you want for your seats. In that case they deserve a cover. Yes I can put a towel (have been doing that), and yes they are good cheap covers (have been doing that too), but is there not a good qualitative solution or brand that can help in that situation?

I understand your concern for your seats, I do a lot of outdoor activities myself. I use this seat cover from Biltema (a swedish company) but I don't know if they do post order anymore:

I haven't got my X3 yet (seems it will not arrive until November) so I don't know if this seat cover will fit the sports seats. But at least I think they will, as there are no problems using them in my Landcruiser.

This cover is not anything to go for if you're going to drive for hours with a seat cover, but works fine for shorter distances.

Had a look but can not understand the Norwegian or Swedish and so can not figure out if they deliver to Belgium or not. They seem to look good though.....

Let me know if they fit on your sports seats in November.... In the meanwhile I'll keep looking around.....

Doesn't BMW make covers for the X3? Same seats.

Installation service.

Does one of the seat covers company provide installation servrice? It's difficult for me to install the seat covers all alone.

Garage List
I simply get a cloth mechanics seat cover from the service department at no cost. Simply slip it on when needed.
