Exclamation complete loss of boost and other weird problems

i have a procede v5 with 9-10 maps, dci, downpipes, exhaust.

a few days ago, my car started to feel slower. more recently, during WOT at about 2k rpm, there is zero boost and the car feels really weak. i'm talking it can barely get up a hill and the rpm's take forever to climb. it happens after the first 5min of driving.

starting up the car even on cold start is fine.

i read the codes and got these:

12140 (no worries there)
11905
11906
10927

while going for a drive to replicate the codes, this picture popped up:

when i parked it in the garage, my OSS lights were flickering (first time i saw that, may or may not be relevant)

finally, when i turned the car off, it sounded like a huge fan/turbine was powering down (much louder than any normal occasion). and there was a constant squeak/creak under the hood at 1 second intervals like something was trying to start up but it couldn't.

does anyone have any experience with these strange symptoms?

Yes, It would cause the car to feel weak, loss of power/boost (a protection measure), and fan would be blaring at full blast.

Check your coolant level to make sure it hasn't dropped significantly to rule out a leak (it should be fine).
