ER intercooler, chargepipe, downpipe, before and after logs

This weekend I went near FBO using the ER parts in the subject. I also hooked up my JB4 FF lines.

I'm very happy with the quality of ER's parts, thoughtfulness of installation instructions, and the results, which speak for themselves. Thanks also go to Mike@N54Tuning for a great price and speedy delivery.

before_ER.xls: JB4 with EWG on map2
after_ER.xls: same as above + FF and the ER bits

The runs were completed 2 days apart and represent identical prep, weather conditions, and test methodology. The parts of the logs I've screencapped for you below represent an initial romp (fully warmed up) and a fully heatsoaked uphill run.

As you can see, timing, PWM, and IAT are dramatically better with the upgrades.

Fuel was 91oct + a can of NOS race octane booster. Ambient temps were 75degF.

PWM seems higher than stock? Which means turbo has to work harder?

Pinging caused by octane booster, or before I started using it?

In no case has any pre-detonation been audible to me, but I wouldn't expect it to given these cars' defenses against such.

My stock cp blew off the throttle body with such force it ripped the wires out of the sensor plug attached to the cp. This happened first track day after installing my racing dynamics r35s (similar to a jb4).
So I would say better safe than sorry.

As for intake you may gain a little at high rpms or not. I have the bms.
