Picked up this toy last week while waiting for my M3. After my M3 arrives I'll try and set a heads up (also an E92 cp) and write a review comparing the fun factor, trans, engine and sound. Need to test the new engine in the M3 because if it is like the one in the M5 in torque delivery, it's going to be an animal.

Yes is all fixed, this one has the new engine installed with revised bolts. The original owner had it for 700 miles sold it to the dealer and I saw the opportunity and bought it. At the end of the day I bought a car with 600 miles and a new engine with 1 extra year of warranty at a discount. After 600 miles with the car I can safely say this is the best car I've ever driven.

A GT3 is never a bad decision!

You will love the M3 though it is a torque monster indeed and very capable performer on both street and track. I did notice that you are in Panama OP? I have not heard of US Buyers being able to pick up a GT3 yet

My next promotion and when my little sister (who I have custody of) goes off to college this will prob be my car. It's gorgeous and a better car than an M4 so long as you are willing to pay more for it and willing to forgo a functional backseat.

Rod bolt tolerance problem on some cars that could result in engine yard sale, oil fire, toasty car. Porsche is replacing ALL engines. OP, great way to get into a 991 GT3 for a firesale price!
