Radiator Hoses

Hi Guys - On Sunday while enroute to go hiking my car overheated; pulled the codes and the pump went out [which I am sort of irritated about, since I asked my dealer about it @ 70k miles when I saw low speed warning and they said it's fine, now @ 93k out of warranty it's dead but whatever].

Anywho; new pump & thermostat are enroute with new bolts.. but I didn't order the new hose that connects the t/s to the pump.. am I risking anything there? Should I pick one up anyways?

Thanks for the feedback.
