Silverstone ll in Charlotte NC?
Hi,
I ordered an f80 in SS but before production starts wanted to see the color in person. Anyone in Charlotte area have a silverstone that I could check out? Thanks |

I drove the SSII last Saturday at Performance BMW in Chapel Hill. SO interior and black wheels. Not a bad looking exterior color combo. Interior was not my taste.
UPDATED 6/24/14 As promised...my SA sent these to me moments ago. Last edited by rmedeir1; 06-24-2014 at 12:55 PM.. |

This seems to be the first and only Silverstone sighting in the US. If you are going to test drive this car soon, please take some pictures and post them here. Thanks.

Have you seen the black wheels in person? I just can't get on board with them, maybe on white? Then again that's just my take, which is usually in the minority.
The black center and polished outer make the wheel look smaller then they are IMO. Also in certain lighting/angels they look all black, not a compliment IMO. I was considering black but I just can't pull the trigger. Wish the style of the 18s were also available in 19. |

Inside the showroom, the blue in the SS was really prominent. The most I'd seen before. Still a great color. |

I waited to see if the owner of this SSII M4 would post photos of his beautiful new ride (give him the glory) - but nothing posted, so here are photos I took last week of a delivery in Bay Area, CA.

To be honest I was more impressed with the sapphire black, black wheels, black interior M4 that was on the floor. The M4 to me just looked FANTASTIC. |

I've got a great place for tint and exterior film protection (TVP Auto off Glenwood in Raleigh). I just need to know who can hardwire my Valentine V1 locally! |

I posted some pics here too: http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1002029. I have a couple more, not quite as good. I'll post them in the picture section.
Cheers.
