Anyone with input on this sound car makes at startup. It doesn't happen after car is fully warmed up and has been drives.

I’m sorry, it could be my phone’s speakers but I don’t hear anything abnormal in that video. Perhaps you can have some one hold it where you believe the nose is coming from while you start her up?

I can hear it. No idea what that is, but between my cars, my dads, we've had 3 M5s and I've never heard this. I don't believe it to be normal, I'd take it to the dealer.

sounds like mirror motor, see if they fold and unfold properly, there is a button you can push on the door.

I get a similar sound upon start up that I believe is the fuel pump or something similar. It doesn't sound like that though, so maybe whatever your issue is, is the same thing but its on its way out?

All normal sounds.
I can even tell that was a cold start up turn off and another cold start up - since the lifters and pump are making those noises and they go away after about 1 minute correct ? |

That noise only comes up few min after cold start. If you restart the car or after being warmed up RPM dips below 600ish the humming start again.

Sounds most like your hpfp or transfer case to me, could be abs or something else though. When you hear the noise does it change anything if you give it some gas or is the noise irrespective of engine rpm?
