Vehicle height: Measured as floor to the center of each fender wheel well. Car currently has 700 miles on it, don't know if there would have been more settling over time but it sat too high for my liking and there is too much roll/slop. I've asked the dealer to lower it by 3/8 inch around.

Front height: 28 inch
Rear height: 28 and 1/4.

I had the MPerformance suspension installed and got the car back yesterday. I’ve since put 150 miles on the car and have enjoyed every bit. Hopefully this review helps folks as I couldn’t find a “detailed” review of this item prior to purchase.

Steering feel: likely the effect of lowering the car a bit but there is much better steering feel. Slightly more weight to the wheel between 9 and 3 o’clock position. A bit more road feel as well.

Body roll: If it was a 10 (being the worst before) and very sloppy, it’s now a 4. Huge improvement here. Car handles significantly better in corners, especially highway-entry roundabout situations. More planted and confidence inspiring

“Butt/seat” feel: I spent 3 years in a 2019 F90 M5 competition prior to getting my 2022 F90 Comp. This was my biggest issue with the new one. I felt disconnected from the road. The MPerformance suspension has fixed this. Road feel is back but not as “rough” as my prior 2019 Comp.

Ride height/stance: The dealer installed the MPerformance suspension and set it to BMW spec. The rear sits much lower than before and front came down but definitely less than the rear. I like the look as it isn’t too “slammed”.

Pictures below. I also installed rear fender arch extensions, 50/50 on them but going to give them a try. Next up, Dinan ball joint kit. Will do a review of them post-install.

Thanks for the detailed post. I've recently been considering installing the M Performance suspension on my 2020 Comp. I wonder how it'll ride compared to your experience with an LCI.

I had a pre-LCI comp. I honestly never felt like I needed any suspension upgrades to it. My LCI “needed” it.

Well thank you sir, what a fine build you have there and so tastefully modded.

Not sure how I ever missed this thread as Ive been scouring post after post looking for F90's in red for months now.

I have an Imola on order and although this is Rossa Corsa, it gives me hint of what I'm soon to receive. These are some of the best photos in various lighting I've seen yet. Love the gloss black 789's as thats the same way I'm going. Thanks again for posting this and enjoy the uniqueness of standing out in the crowd. Awesome!!!

Where did you get the fender arches? Are they specific for the F90 M5? I like them, thanks!

You’ve got me thinking about getting my 789’s powdercoated. I’m trying to decide between gloss or satin though.

Love it but wish it wasn't spec'd with the sunroof. The carbon fiber roof would have set this thing off!
