Lease Takeover '22 F90 Comp BHG/Sil/CCB/B&W
My truck is arriving sooner than expected so in an effort to not have two cars, I am putting up my 2022 F90 Comp up for lease takeover. I only have 7 months left so it would be a short one. I'm also fine riding it out, but just thought I'd try. Can't transfer in last 6 months, so a very short window I know. One owner leased and serviced at same dealer. Have all records. Zero issues save for a replaced windshield done at dealer. Sticker says it all, but stock save for IND front reflector delete, ceramic coating, ceramic tint and I bought BMW 863 wheels and had them powder coated black again by dealer. Will include stock 810 wheels as well in case they want them back on at lease turn in. Current mileage is 16,447. Lease is through BMWFS and is 3yr/30k. Payment is $1951.94. Residual is 81,077.80. Current payoff is $93,927.87. Full sales tax was paid up front (Texas) if that matters in other states. Doesn't in Texas. Car is located in Austin, TX. PM with any questions. Done. She's off to another forum member thankfully. BMW really makes it an easy process for those interested. Like someone else posted it only took about 12 days from start to finish. Everything is done e-sign now so you don't have to mail in any docs.
