Instructions for Changing Paddles/Steering Wheel Trim

Looking to get a new set of paddle shifters and possibly the steering wheel trim. Are there any instructional videos or examples out there on how to install these? Debating whether or not my own DIY skills are up to the task.

Haha just realized that's my post. The hardest part is popping the airbag out with a screwdriver. Such a pain to find the right angle. Other than that, should be chill. Some brands will send you an instructions manual (like autotecknic). The battery is under the trunk, you gotta use a pry tool to pry up to carpet layer.
