Headlight Issue?
Now that there are a bunch of 21's roaming the world, can anyone confirm that the strip between the high and low beams in the picture below is normal? This is for a US spec LED (non-laser) car.
Mine is back at the dealer to look at this and to fix a few other things (front grill emblem and gesture control failure). They came back and said the driver side headlight control module has thrown over 20 error codes, so they are working on that fix (of course the part is out of stock). They haven't said anything about the strip though. Is this normal? The 21 M440i loaner I am in doesn't have this issue, and neither does my wife's 19 X5 with lasers. None of my previous MB or BMW's have this strip, nor have any of the countless loaners I have had over the years. I can't believe this is normal. Just getting frustrated as I am coming up on day 4 with the car at the dealer and tonight will be night #3 that the foreman has taken my car home to "test" the lights.

Very normal. I have the adaptive LEDs on my M2 Comp and we (M2 owners) have this blue band too. Very noticeable with the highbeams on as you notice the line more. This seems to be a characteristic with the BMW US LEDs. Please report back if they fix this.
