Tire noise during tight maneuvering?

New owner of a '21 M5 here. Love this thing! But was wondering if you also experience tire "scrubbing/popping" at very low speeds when turning sharply (like maneuvering in/out of a tight parking spot). I don't know how to describe it precisely with words, but the tires "pop" and seem to "skip" when turning very sharply at low parking speeds. I assume this is normal and just due to the long wheelbase and steering geometry?

Thanks
FS

Summer tires and cold weather. That's my guess..

I had similar noise on low speeds turning ( no scrubbing just ticking ? ) anyway some user on forum fixed it with tightening stiffing plate bolts. This fixed issue for me as well.

It's the summer tire's in cold weather. I just took delivery in NJ 2 weeks ago and now need some winter tires because I have the same exact issue.

Mine even does this with winter tires. I think it's more about tire width and steering knuckle geometry, as you suggested.

It's the type of tire . I took over my lease with 7,000 miles on it. The previous owner had the summer tires on it the way it came . First few days of October were okay then it got colder and they started skipping. I had changed one of the tires in the front and still it was doing it. When I switched to my "winter" set up , Michelin pilot sport 4 s all season all brand new tires , it went away. If your on the p zeros that's why it's doing that. Same size but I think the side wall is harder on the p zero that's part of the reasoN.

Pirelli PZero do this, especially as they age and wear down too.

Rear diff is binding and make the tires skip during tight slow maneuvering my car does it when its cold not up to operating temperature.
My 2014 M4 did the same thing.
