So Jason posted it wrong then? Page 1 on the pricing thread has 58 which is not material I guess.

What is “lease to lease credit”? That conquest incentive from switching from one brand to another? Does Honda count?

great question!

You get an additional loyalty lease credit if you currently have a BMWFS account either lease or finance or did in the past 12 months.

Conquest credit is for everyone else, whether you currently own or car or not.

Trying to keep this thread informative for everyone, so if you have a specific quote request, please email/call/PM instead of posting here

Thanks!

How much are you currently seeing off MSRP on average?

I can't speak on the average, but most dealers I work with are 0-5% and a handful are at 7-8% off.

I had them at 9% off over the summer and during the shutdown, but I think dealers/BMW misjudged how much demand there would be for these LCIs.

OMG that frozen bluestone looks amazing

In USA you pay cars much less then us in Europe.

Your M5 LCI fully loaded is around 120k in US dollars. Here is over 150k in Euro.

Crazy.

Correct, in parts of Asia and Australia I’ve seen them higher than in Europe. A lot of it comes down to taxes and market size. The US sells A LOT of cars which helps pricing a bit due to scale.

Yeah it's true, but a little bit unfair at the same time. Usually a product is SUPPOSED to cost less, closer to its producing place becaure you have to add also the shipping cost. M5 is produced in Germany, worldwide production is in Germany, as the X generation is produced at Spartanburg. I could agree with you if X gen would cost less in US than in Europe and viceversa the M5 more in US than in Europe.

If you add also the exchange value between $ and € you can easily compare an M5 price in this terms:

US price: € 100.000 taxes included
EU price: € 150.000 taxes included.

It's CRAZY, and while in some asian market the price difference is given by horrible taxes applied for example in HK, Singapore etc, the differences between US and EU are 100% commercial strategy oriented.

FYI

Pricing on port installed accessories have been fluctuating over the past few months which is so strange.

I had a customer see that pricing on his build sheet changed from last month, and the BMWUSA website even has a different price than what is on it.

Side skirts look so amazing on these M5s

Europe also has much more options available than the US. US Spec M5 LCI doesn't have laser light, rear entertainment system, individual shadowline headlight as a la carte option, individual interior rear reading lights, air ambience package, display key and other optional items. Hence each time a promotional BMW is on YouTube, we here in the states have to understand many features we seen on the European models we can't get here. The M550 in particular in the US doesn't even have 4 zone climate, soft close doors, air ambience package or even merino leather as an option. If you look at the European BMW build site and compared that to the BMWUSA build site you will see.

But of course, I won't complain about the US price and factor in the dollar against the pound too.
