Car stuck at VPC
Hi guys,
I am new to this forum so forgive my ignorance. I ordered my M5c at the end of august. My ship arrived at the port in oxnard, CA on November 27th and I was supposed to take delivery of my car from the dealer on december 3rd. I have called BMW NA multiple times and they said they can not give me a delivery date and it is still " waiting for transport to the dealer". My sales associate hasn't provided any further detail either. They say that there was no damage en route, but im not sure. Is this a normal time frame? I am seeing people on here who ordered their cars after me and have already taken delivery on the west coast. I didn't add on any m performance parts. I did order Nardo grey color. could that be what is keeping it at the VPC? any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance |

This seems a bit longer than the norm. I took delivery 11/27.
My car was at VPC 2 days (even w/ stop sale). The Nardo Grey wouldn’t hold the car up at VPC generally speaking. Did you get port installed accessories? Hate saying it, you’re may have seen damage in transit. |

If it was damage, Vpc won 't tell you unless it's major. The vpc does excellent work. Give them time, they are probably just making sure that everything is perfect.

Did you have an eta for arrival at the dealer?
Mine is currently at port a week now - had an eta to dealer of yesterday (sunday) but obviously that didn't occur. |
