How are you guys finding out what ship and the location of the ship? The Bimmer app only gives you general info without date stamps. Is this done though your SA? Thanks.

Call the BMW Genius number (800) 831-1117

Once status goes "in transit" - they can give you vessels name and ETA.

You can track the vessel name via a number of websites.
