Yes it most likely is (mine is). All M5, M8, X5M and X6M. Check out the Stop-Sale thread if you haven't already. It's a sh*t show.

Mine was also dispatched Friday.

Tried contacting Genius this morning but had a long wait time, will try again later today.

Edit - it is now at the port

Anyone else have their status go backwards from "in transit" to "at the port"? CA says car arrived at the processing center last Wednesday, so I'm guessing the online tracking will probably not update again before I get a call that the car is at the dealership.

For those of us who are still tracking our cars and vessels they're on (or interested in doing so). I've found that ShipFix is the best so far out of the bunch (marinetraffic, vesseltracker, etc). You just need your vessel name.

This site gives multiple daily updates as opposed to the other sites that are 3-4 days behind...

Good find there, Marine Traffic went dark day 2 into the trip and only came back just outside Chesapeake Bay as I tracked my vessel.

Picked up my electro-mechanical baby yesterday! Her name is Bathilda: Old German for "warrior woman" or "commanding battle maiden" according to random internet sites of questionable reliability.

Compared to Helga (my '09 GMC Yukon Denali) and my first car-baby, Bertha (a '96 GMC Suburban), Bathilda is just as smooth but far more sprightly and compact. Excited to join the BMW club!

My F90 just got to the Bayonne NJ port (VPC) this morning (about 1 hour from dealer). Guess they'll get the software fix there, then off to the dealer. Here's hoping it doesn't sit long at the VPC... Can wait!

If it's the dot before the step of "in transit" it's at the port in Bremerhaven.

So there are a number of ships leaving Bremerhaven today, let's hope some of ours are on those ships.
I think a number of our cars have been sitting at the port over a week, hopefully see the flip over to in transit shortly.
