Mine was already 112 when i placed the order. At that point, it had a build week attached to it.

Have you installed the Xpel wrap yet? Thoughts? Seems to be the best wrap on the market. Waiting on my M5c, updated to "awaiting carrier assignment" how much longer did it take to get the vessel info? Wondering how much longer it will take, my Sales Rep told me not until late October, but the Bmw Genius is telling me 2-3 weeks until deal delivery. Thanks!

yes it is all done, more or less. the installer has a few issues to clean up, but its pretty common to need adjustments.

I am very happy with XPel. I had suntek before on my F80 but the XPel looks great and offers a lot of protection

I had xpel on my previous car. Needed a couple of adjustments. Also Had a lot of orange peel after a while. I'm looking into suntek ultra this time. I was told they updated their ppf. More clarity. Easier to install ( less adjustments and revisions). I'm not sure, but it's something to look into if your installer carries both. Should be the same price for either preference.

My M5 finished building on August 24, got to the port on August 25, and has been there since then. 16 days now. All systems show it is still at the port. So even if it leaves in the next few days, it wont be stateside until the end of September.

i had suntek on my F80 done back in 2016. when i traded it in, still looked perfect. i have heard good things about the latest xpel so went with that this time around. i think its thicker too

It is fine for me, I am now doing PCD at the end of October. So no rush really.

Sorry, just now saw this. I paid my initial deposit 2-3 weeks before seeing a build week. My read is allocations are a bit limited right now and the factory is still ramping up w/ the LCI. We're seeing the first wave of LCI's hitting dealers but COVID still pushed some things back.

This is the slowest of any of my previous ///Ms.

I'd like to have the car by Thanksgiving to drive her to TX.

That's awesome your in NJ as well! I don't know about to many meets since I usually really have only gone to cars and coffee, but I would love to go to more!
