COVID 19 - looking for some positives
One positive thing (if you are still working and have to go into the office) is that there are a lot of good parking spots available!
Stay healthy and safe out there!

Still working and spots are wide open , though be careful near grocery stores , as people are panicking and not focused an driving , so higher chance of minor accidents
also I am driving with valves closed to avoid adding to agitation.. These are tough times and people are on the edge |

If you are all set financially and have a job that will be stable through a deep recession then time to shop for a deal. In the next few weeks I would expect to see very deep discounts on vehicles like the M5. In 2008 I got my E90 M3 for 24% off list as an example. |

yeah my father was warning me about it , because i know houses are about to be on the drop and i do have cash set asside for that , and i was thinking about my 8k sales tax that i might lose if i dont buy something next 30 days but your totally right about it being a depreciating asset a bad one ! i think i will weather out the storm for a new m5 and wait til this collapses and get even a better deal than i got on mine |

Positives you ask.
I have never seen my wife clean the house more. She is vacuuming, mopping and scrubbing everything, everyday. Dam I never knew this was possible. I come home and the house is spotless - I could only hope this becomes her new routine. |
