BMW CCA Members on these Forums

Does anyone have any idea how many members of these forums are BMW CCA members? I'm just curious and tried doing some searches but could not find an answer. For those that are do you see real benefits from it? I have thought about it off and on but have not joined yet.

I'd guess that about 50% are members.

I say join. Roundel (the monthly mag) alone is worth the $40/year. The money off new/CPO purchases, the discounts on parts, and the other perks are just icing on the cake.

I joined and it paid for itself with the free shipping for my exhaust. Roundel is a great plus too.

Do it. Getting the rebate is huge ($500 for 3 series), getting Roundel is nice, club driver training at local race tracks is good, 20% parts discount OK.

I won a '93 325iS in the '92 BMWCCA raffle and received two $500 rebates. I guess that makes it worthwhile.

YES - It's worth it to be a member, as well as to be involved in your local chapter.
