Any good service advisor/techs in NY/NJ area that you use?

Recently I lost all of my connections with service advisors and techs at my local Bmw dealership. I hate bringing my car in and the SA is completely clueless since they aren't enthusiasts or know about cars.

Can someone recommend a good dealership and SA?

I’ve been very happy with Steven at Wide World BMW in spring valley, NY.

I have been super happy with my SA: Arturo Ciriani at BMW Greenwich/Mamaroneck. I never have to worry about getting things through on warranty.

I'd recommend Steve Thompson bmw in doylsetown pA SA was.... Alex I believe.

The dealer is called Thompson BMW, in Doylestown, PA. But that's probably too far for you Alan, unless you want to stay the night with us, nearby

Alex left or imo got fired, so you got any other recommendations? Just went to bmw of the main line in Bala cynwood and am much less than impressed when they quoted me 1k for a front diff service, 200$ to install door projectors and didn't even know how much fluid the front diff takes...

Dang interesting, thank you for sharing. My car threw off 4WD error codes while getting a wheel alignment, and it called out to Thompson. I got a VM from someone else from their service, and not Alex...

Yeah I called him after scheduling an appointment like 5 days ago and his line said this vm is no longer being monitored I got transfered and they said he's no longer with us which usually means fired
