Hi Guys,

We had an M5 meet over the summer that was a blast and back by popular demand we are at it again! On Sunday, September 18th, there will be a breakfast in Beverly Hills for M5 owners. Following breakfast, we will be going on a spirited canyon drive. This meet is open to all M5 model years.

I have been on this board since 2007 and I always enjoy meeting people behind the names, hanging with M car enthusiasts, and making new friends.

What an epic meet and canyon drive. We had F90, E39, F10 and E60 M5's in tow, about 25 cars in all. Thanks a lot you guys. There were so many photos taken and here's the last one at the end of the canyon drive, we lost a bunch of people along the way. [IMG][/IMG]

@Greer what a blast. Thank you Gene for such an amazing event from start to finish. I truly appreciated meeting like minded fellow enthusiasts in persons and bonding over these cars that we all love so much.

Special thanks to Auto Vault Beverly Hills for hosting us over breakfast, providing us a space to gather and curating a group of unique and rare cars that we got to admire.

Here are some photos from today, I think in total we were at least 20-25 cars but I didn't take photos earlier as we left BH. Some of the cars that I can recall are Frozen Green M5CS, BHG M5, Imola Red M8, another E39 with Dinan Emblems, a yellow 992 4S (i believe it was 4s), a 991.2 GTS. I am sure there are more photos out there of the rest of the pack so would be great if we could see them as well lol.

Ugh, I wish I could have made it. I have an idea for the next one since I think we have a considerable amount of people attending. I know a few car photographers that would be interested in following us and taking rolling shots and stills. We could maybe pitch in a small amount of $ to pull together a pool to pay him or her.
Then, shirts, hoodies, merch, media......Gene will become the next Jon Shafer.

Dude, this. I was on IG last night trying to find some photographers that I could reach out to take photos. Looking back at the ones I took, I almost wish I found one and brought one for event because the canyon run is missing here and the rolling shots of that would've been absolutely insane.

Everybody was busy focusing on the road as it had so many twists and turns. I am down to pitch whatever to get one next time to shoot us from gathering location to canyon entrance to the finish point. If Gene and other members are okay with the idea too, sign me up for it.
