1- an E28 528e that has been sitting in front of a shop near by
2- an 2002 325i Sport Pack

or end up without a car altogether for a while. I was thinking of letting the MKS go, but after taking a trip in a WRX with my buddies over the weekend and seeing how that thing can average 30mpg on the highway when I recently did 205 miles driving on campus on one tank (I have a 19 gal tank) made me realize maybe it is time for it to go.

Plus big maintenance is coming up

Nice man... I hope you find the right car that you will enjoy! Hopefully they were well maintained and won't have many issues. I personally will only lease a BMW new just so I can avoid the trouble down the line. Have friend who've owned older gens, and they were nothing but money pits unfortunately.

If you have your own garage and are well versed with working on them yourself, you should be good.
