I had an X5 M, and interested in hearing about the details of the XM. If it has that huge nose, I'm out.

Never understood why the X5/6Ms don't come with a hitch option. That is the point of an SUV. The utility.

In Europe we can get an electrically folding trailer hitch directly from factory, for about 1.200,00 euros.

I used to have one on my F85 X5M.

When I bought my wife’s former 2019 X5 no factory hitch option was available. Stealth hitch or “hidden hitch” released one and I bought it. It was expensive and labor intensive to install. I did it myself but am capable of those types of things. That hitch was bad ass. Solid CNC block of aluminum for the receiver hub connection and a really cool locking design. Couldn’t even tell a hitch was on the car. I traded it on her current car and didn’t even bother removing it. only downside is you need two different receivers if you want something like a bike rack. Just saying there will be hitch options and better ones than the factory component.

Have a friend squat down for a pic with your car. The hit 'em with the foldout trailer hitch lol.

That's plenty. I wonder why that hitch isn't offered in the US?
