M2 Competition S55 performance
So the 2 big differentiators between the M2 and M3/4 were balance and that the M2 had a much more linear surge of power and was therefore much more controllable.
The question I have not seen addressed is this: with the new "Detuned S55" will the M2C retain the progressive throttle and resulting excellent handling or will the M3/4 turbo lag remain causing the same issues the big boys have? |

Agree, this will be part of it. I've driven the N55 M2 and I really enjoyed it. But I enjoy ringing out the S55 more. While it is clearly not a NA engine, above 6K or so it can seem like one.
