Crumbs YESSSSS Congrats man! Whatever patience I had just went out the window. I've checked almost daily to see if there is a date attached to the "production date scheduled" status. Do you remember how long it took to go from this status to actual start date? I placed my order in the end of December and have yet to get notified of the actual start date. What are your thoughts on the color? Any regrets? Or did you completely fall in love all over again?

Your car is almost identical to my spec. I have CCB (I wanted yellow/gold) and Tartufo on my build. Well deserved after that wait! Congrats and keep posting pics, especially with different lights on that paint!

I'm hoping you get yours before I have to place my order LOL. May have to take a drive up your way to check out the color in person .. seriously considering FG but it is tricky to get a feel for the color in pics.

I ordered 10/5/20 and it went to production early Dec i think the 7th or 8th if i remember correctly. Production finished the 19th or so. Was at the port early Jan but sat for a while. Landed in NJ port early feb and arrived at the dealer on 2/19.

Love the color even more so than i thought i would. Its really one of those "you need to see it in person" im sure youll love your build.
The only thing i was a bit worried about was the full argon interior, i wouldve done silverstone but i have young children and so yea that just didnt work for me. Im very pleased with the spec. I wanted the red calipers so i didnt go for the full ccb and the build was already very exp and i didnt want to cross the 150K threshold.

Car is currently getting ppf, full ceramic, tints and reflector delete and i cant wait to get it back.

One of the best builds I've seen esp with M performance exhaust!

This M5 they had to hide in the warehouse until it was ready for delivery because the sales staff were flocking to it as soon as they saw it come off the truck!

I've never had a good experience with Ridgefield. They play the "I know what I got" card too often, then just sit on the cars.

I tried buying an M8 First Edition off them. They had it listed at $114k+. I told them I think it was closer to $90k. Manager basically told me I knew nothing.

Fast forward a month, they sold it to their sister store who liquidated it for $89k.

BMW of Ridgefield is a joke, overprices their cars astronomically, argues if you suggest their pricing isn't to market, then liquidates the same cars instead of making a deal.
