*NEW VALVETRONIC EXHAUST Product Release + GROUP BUY* Full Titanium F90 M5 Exhaust

The philosophy: As the BMW F90 M5 continued to scare supercar owners of all varieties, our desire to craft the ultimate sound experience for M5 owners became ever more apparent. Roughly 2 years ago we released our original exhaust program for the platform but with our goal if crafting that perfect sound experience for the enthusiast community, we are proud to bring you our newest development to the incredible S63 engine. Welcome everyone to the new Titanium Valved Sport Exhaust System for the F90 platform.

The development: We set ourselves quite a lofty goal, Keep the deepness and purity of the S63 at the lower RPMs and have the S63 sing up top, adding in an exotic sound flavor. Utilizing 3 inch piping the whole way ensures the depth of sound is fostered. We utilize a centrally located pie cut X pipe to funnel sound tones together to increase the exhaust pitch and improve exhaust scavenging. After the X pipe the system utilizes 2 side muffler bypass pipes in order to offer the purest sound when the exhaust valves are open. With the valves closed, exhaust is funneled through our large quad chambered muffler in order to bring sound levels down to make you think your driving a 530i. All systems come with their own valve controller as OEM valves don’t allow you full control over the system. This separate valve controller helps you turn off the burbles and have the car loud so you can just enjoy raw sound.

The sound: This setup is a very raw experience for the driver. With the valves open sound levels are comparable to the BMW M Performance exhaust system. The sound is fruitful that the MPE as the utilization of the X pipe section helps smooth exhaust pulses out. with the valves closed the system is just as quiet as the OEM setup with the valves closed. Inside the car there is no drone with the valves open are closed with is an incredible feat as most systems are quite droney on this platform. With a set of free flow bypass pipes installed the car is properly loud as you can see from the videos. Fortunately, with those valves closed is goes back to sounding like stock! NO DRONE!

We are very proud to better serve the community with a sound setup that is truly world class. If you are interested in getting your car setup with this system, a group buy will be live on our website and through Valvetronic Designs Dealers. System will be available strictly in Titanium for that ultimate experience. Let us know your thoughts or if you have any questions. We are here to help!

The flattened sections are there so the exhaust has clearance above the lower cross bracing, which is not installed in those particular pictures. Look below your car just forward of the rear wheels and you’ll see the lower bracing.

Do you know if our cars have the same issue as g80's where the valves only open to 70% even in the full open setting?

Also in the video it looks like both sides are angled weird and different. Do you have a rear shot of a car that has the tips with no angles?

Do you have a side-by-side between the 4" and 3.5", also the tip styles?

I am curious which has been the most popular config and what grade of Ti?

Following on on NoMods post, do you have any options for tips that are a little more discrete where they do not stick out as much? Perhaps tucked in like the tips on the OEM exhaust

You say your exhausts are better because they don’t have the restrictive pressed flat section. But your F90 exhaust does have that pressed flat section. Another design element you cite as a benefit to your exhaust in the infomercial is the tuned length front section prior to the merge into the single pipe, which is just a flex section on the alibaba pipe. Your F90 does not have that same design so that part did not help. You do have an X crossover under the car, and it can matter where the X is placed but alibaba exhausts also have an X either in the same place or further forward.

I have no dog in this fight (I went with Dinan X-pipe and MAD secondaries instead of a cat back) but I think some people are also not giving full credence to the service aspect/value. Maybe they started by importing direct and then through customer feedback started customizing exhausts. Where do you go if you have fit and finish issues or broken welds on a direct Alibaba exhaust? If the US company customizes aspects of the product and stands by it and deals with those type of issues, then they should charge extra. The debate may be how much is that worth…

valvetronic is alibaba but a better quality and fit compared to other alibaba exhaust brands, because he addressed all of the errors while communicating with the manufacturer.

The reason why the g8x equal length design looks different from other alibaba products is because he again "communicated" with the factory to make "so and so" length with a reference photo of the signature AA equal length design squiggle design.

And yes, I saw the whole video talking about how his isnt alibaba.

Technically his product isnt "dropshipped" since he bulk orders and stores in his warehouse.

Valvetronic will be alibaba to many people's eyes until he hires welders and does Cad designs himself testing flow and sound design through heavy r&d in USA or Germany.
Since he has his marketing down, addressing where his exhaust is manufactured will be crucial for him to scale his business from here.
