AC outlets not working

Just got my M5. There are two outlets inside that I know of, one between the cup holders and one in the center console. When I plug in my cell charger to the cup holder outlet I get nothing. It's dead as hell. The one in the center console works just fine. What could be the cause here? Blown fuse?

Hard to tell. Blown fuses are usually an indicator of another problem causing excess current. Is this a new car?

Got it with 32k miles on it.

9/22: ran it by the shop today and it was indeed a blown fuse which I'm guessing was probably due to a coin or something falling in there. Apparently this happens quite frequently!
