This is also why they charge $3100 just for the muffler (retail, of course, but still).

Hey I know this is from over a year ago but how did you get your tips to stick out like that. The one I just purchased isn’t out that far it’s more like under the diffuser and when the shop looked at the tips there is a notch that stops the tips from extending any further out so he said I would have to have them shave that notch down that sticks up in the middle to hold the tips in place to be able to move the tips out any further.

Had my dealership install my exhaust one day while it was in for service. Not entirely sure why it sticks out so much but that's the way it came (without modification). I'd actually prefer if they went back in maybe a half inch or so.
