LCI Yellow DRL now plug and play?

Is this really plug and play now for LCI? Now you can select 2021-Present. Only option I've seen is bayoptics where they have to open the headlight.

This says it's a module. My guess is you have to open up the headlight to switch the board like you do pre-LCI. ALso why it's $300 and not $1000.
