Turner intake loose?

Hi all,

I just installed the Turner intake and the piping that meets the air box/filter loose. Basically the clamp is too big for the piping.

Did anyone else experience this?

Yes, same thing. I had to MacGayver a shim between intake tube and clamp…made up of a cut up exercise floor tile (foam rubber strip). I placed it on the backside of the intake. Kind of surprising that it was that far off… especially with the quality and how well thought out the rest of the kit is.

Buy smaller clamps or shim as suggested above. No pressure in the intake so you don’t need much clamping force. You just want to hold the rubber to the tubing so the turbos don’t pull any unfiltered air through a gap.
