ST3, did you mean to say I will NOT miss many things about my M4, or if I read you right, please elaborate. It seems that the M5 has more power, equal if not better handling, and a ton more room, which is my primary motivation for the upgrade.

I traded in my M4 for my 2019 M5 and while it is so much more comfortable and able to put the power down I miss the handling and firmness of the seats in the M4 when doing real driving. My needs changed and the M5 is the right car for me now. The color and comfort are all subjective of course. I was simply saying you have an amazing car right now and are getting a car built for a different purpose yet also amazing and in a color that looked pretty darn good to me when I saw it in person. It will look even better as a 2019 without chrome trim on the door handles. Communicate open and honestly with your dealer and bring enjoyment back to the experience of getting a new car. If you see it in person and it just doesn't work give them the opportunity to make it right for you. While your waiting you still get to drive that M4. 😀

This seems like a frivolous and baseless lawsuit. After all, it is the color you ordered. I agree they should've been more responsive, but I can't tell if Gungaslow is serious.
