any install tips on the CF shifter install? How did you pop the original trim off first?

Yeah, I had no instructions and just started prying. That is the wrong thing to do. Pry the gloss black plastic center portion off on the top and then you will find two screws per side holding the trim on the top. Undo those and pry it off.

that's the annoying part about CF parts, no instructions but I did see a previous youtube video about the screws
