Well, I read the mixed reviews online ahead of time. I reached out directly to Samuel head of marketing via email to inquire about availability of the Trophy Spoiler and candidly express my concerns from what I researched but went forward with the order as he assured me the historic issues were resolved, the item was in stock, and he would personally see it shipped in 24-48 hrs and provide tracking. That was 10/29. As of today, he’s not provided anything, nor responded to several follow up emails. Their phone number is out of service as well. I now have to file a claim with my credit card company I guess. Very disappointed to say the least. So just a word of caution to others. IF this does get worked out, I will certainly provide updates here as well.

There's so much drama with car part vendors of all kinds. What is it about CF bits, wheels, exhausts, intakes, wings/spoilers, etc that attract so much of this.. !! 🤨

Because they probably source cheap parts and figure they can make a quick buck. And then can't keep up with service, etc, you know things a legitimate business does with quality parts 🤣

40 days later and nothing! I’ve got a claim filed with CC and posted to the BBB. Sam is a world class piece of shit I’m here to tell ya! I’ve explicitly told him to cancel and refund and the one time he did finally reply to several emails, he said “we don’t want to lose your business.” Dude, you already have, give me my fucking money back! So he creates a shipping label sends me tracking number and says, this confirms your order SHIPPED. Uhhh, it confirms he created a label and still has done nothing to ship nor has any plans too I presume as 6 days later status is still label created. What I think they do is sell items they don’t have in stock (though I was told it was and would ship 24-48 hrs) then buy the part overseas (for folks who actually do get their order) I don’t think there is any manufacturing going on at all. I’ve never experienced anything at all like this before. Warning to all!

Ultimately did you get product or refund?

Yeah, so did I. I got a refund from CC.
However the saga continues: Although I explicitly told Scumbag Sam multiple times to cancel my order and refund prior to me finally filing a claim, he just shipped it, now over 60 days later!

Of course I’ve since got another one ordered so great, both are being delivered to tomorrow

I’m sure my CC company will retract that refund and no way in hell I’ll be able to send the Mode one back, so guess I’ll end up keeping it and sending back other one and having to eat a restock fee. Talk about bad timing. Oh well, all first world problems at end of day anyway

You can refuse delivery directly with the driver or maybe even by reaching out to delivery company if it was just dropped. Tbh that’s probably what I would consider doing in your shoes.
