M5 Comp - trends & guidance

In the late summer of 2024, I’ll be turning in my ‘21 M550. Always wanted an M5 Competition, and think that will be the best time to do it. Just curious, any thoughts and opinions on market trend in terms of values? Know the new M5 ‘25 is eminent. Have no interest in it.

I’ll be looking for a ‘22 or‘23 Comp, (sub-15K mileage), darker colors, B&W, etc. Budget will be $100-$110K.

Realistic? Advice?

Only ever leased my cars…grateful for guidance.

Live in NYC…willing to look broader than tri-state area.

Cheers.

I just purchased one in OH last week. Loaded MBB 22 comp CCB sunroof B&W from dealer. I live in DC. I saw it in a video that one of genius had done and posted in one of the F90 groups. Before that, I had been scouring the normal sites to no avail since July. Paid $95k. Id suggest that you join some.

Is BMW still taking orders for new F90s? I’m really considering ordering another F90 to replace my current one, for reasons.

EOP for the F90 was 07/23 and BMW is no longer accepting orders.

I thought that was the case but couldn't hurt to ask.

Never hurts to ask!

You may be able to find a limited number of ‘23s sitting on dealer lots.
