It is not that hard.
Just taking off the airbag is the tricky part.
Not hard, just tricky.
The rest are just straight forward.

I don't.
It comes with the product, only AutoTecknic have the electronic copy, but AFAIK, they don't give it out publicly.

Just search how to take off the airbag.
It is not that hard, just make sure you unplug the battery ground terminal before you work on it.
