M5 Discount

I just got quoted 9k off on a 126k new M5.

Trying to decide between a 2023 or 2020 with 11k. Still about 30k difference in price.

Wife couldn't handle the M5 doesn't have a sunroof. Looks like we are going the route of a m850i.

Tried to convince her to drive my x3mc.

That's quite a swing.. in 5 hours you went from considering a brand new M5 versus a used 3 year old pre-LCI M5 to getting an M850i. lol

End of year specials. I saw an M8 Gran Coupe for 10k off earlier today.

Well, you also have to factor in the higher interest rates. If you are purchasing all cash, that's another story.

I wouldn't buy a vehicle from Irvine, I've found them to be unscrupulous.

My M5 came from them as a least return with 17k miles. They offered it for sale with a clean DCS record and no disclosures of any sort.

I found out shortly after purchasing it and shipping it half way across the country to me that they bounced it from the CPO program due to DME tampering ( Both DME flash counters over 60 times ) and withheld the information from DCS until after it had left the state. Once they reported the tampering to BMW my warranty was voided for actions of the prior lessee that Irvine was completely aware of but failed to disclose for their own financial gain.

When I raised the issue with the General Manager (who was a pompous prick) he told me next time to consider buying the vehicle from a more reputable dealer.

I recommend you take his advice.

I opened a complaint with BMW NA and while they agreed that Irvine acted in bad faith, they stood by their warranty flag refusing to lift it. Not that I blame BMW in this case, but Irvine shoved it up my ass.

Everything you are saying is 100% truthful, and I have no reason to doubt it I think I would take no less than two weeks a year where I dedicated my entire life to hurting that dealership financially. I would continue to do so until they made up for everything they did or I was positive I had cost them $400,000 in business.

That’s only 7% with a much higher money factor now. Talk to me when you can get 10% and the money factor drops significantly. 126k=1300 monthly and no more.

That's F'd up! So you bought the car thinking it was a CPO car with a full warranty!? Man I'd be so pissed!

Please people if you are in the market for a used M5 do a complete pre-purchase inspection and get all records on the car.

Discounts are back somewhat!

We have 6% off with base MF or APR on the last 23 M5 build slots!

Gezzzzz. My dealership barely got an allocation, never mind discounts. 6% is pretty awesome. I think I got $3000 off my whole deal and that’s only because I’ve already bought several cars from them. The general sales manager also had to sell his firstborn off to even get an M5 allocation. I think he got it from another dealer in Seattle.
