I wouldn't buy a vehicle from Irvine, I've found them to be unscrupulous.

My M5 came from them as a least return with 17k miles. They offered it for sale with a clean DCS record and no disclosures of any sort.

I found out shortly after purchasing it and shipping it half way across the country to me that they bounced it from the CPO program due to DME tampering ( Both DME flash counters over 60 times ) and withheld the information from DCS until after it had left the state. Once they reported the tampering to BMW my warranty was voided for actions of the prior lessee that Irvine was completely aware of but failed to disclose for their own financial gain.

When I raised the issue with the General Manager (who was a pompous prick) he told me next time to consider buying the vehicle from a more reputable dealer.

I recommend you take his advice.

I opened a complaint with BMW NA and while they agreed that Irvine acted in bad faith, they stood by their warranty flag refusing to lift it. Not that I blame BMW in this case, but Irvine shoved it up my ass.

Everything you are saying is 100% truthful, and I have no reason to doubt it I think I would take no less than two weeks a year where I dedicated my entire life to hurting that dealership financially. I would continue to do so until they made up for everything they did or I was positive I had cost them $400,000 in business.

That’s only 7% with a much higher money factor now. Talk to me when you can get 10% and the money factor drops significantly. 126k=1300 monthly and no more.

Gezzzzz. My dealership barely got an allocation, never mind discounts. 6% is pretty awesome. I think I got $3000 off my whole deal and that’s only because I’ve already bought several cars from them. The general sales manager also had to sell his firstborn off to even get an M5 allocation. I think he got it from another dealer in Seattle.
