Bimmer Crash

Hey guys, I was driving in Beverly Hills and a semi truck merges into my lane, so I speed up, but didn't make it. As you can see, the accident messed up my door and took off my side mirror. The trucks wheel bolts are what opened the side up like a can opener. Repair shop gave me an estimate of about $10,000. It's all good though, insurance is going to cover it.

10000...that seems a little expensive I think...If so, work out something which both you and the body shop can make out....Maybe getting new sideskirts and other goodies for FREE

Those trucks have blind spots all around and usually won't hear a vehicle laying on the horn. Sounds like the truck was merging pretty quick ....... OP might have been able to hit the brakes though. ?
