Apologies if these have been posted or have been floating around for a while. It's the first ive seen of these renderings. randomly popped up on a BMW sub reddit.

If it's much like some of these later renderings I have hope. The recent information about the 5300lbs and 718hp doesnt sound very enticing, but I'll reserve judgement for when the actual BMW information is out. We all know they play shenanigans... and entirely possible this "leak" was to mess with the competitors, at least I hope thats the case... But even still, could easily be 800 actual HP as we know.

I don't hate it. It seems to align with a lot of the other renderings and some of the leaked photos of the real thing.

I think it's infinitely better than the G80, but thats not saying all that much.

I don’t hate design. But I don’t love it either. Combined with ridiculous weight it will not be great M5. New fresh full of gimmicks - sure. Not great drivers car 100%. Numbers don’t make sense.

Same, I don't hate it, I could see it being softened a little for the official design, but I agree I dont love it either. has CTS V vibes to me a bit, which isnt a bad thing, but not an awesome thing either.

At this stage the weight and power are by far my biggest concerns as well. Hoping the leaked numbers are not fully baked, or maybe shenanigans in some way. But they probably arent ... either way I'll make that decision after seeing it driving, and seeing the reviews and tests.

I may be in the minority here as I know a lot of folks love the always understated M5 design, but I actually would have preferred the F90 to be more aggressive in its styling, not a lot more, but maybe just some wider fender flares, better looking exhaust etc. The renders of the G90 sure seem to accentuate more aggressive styling. But will find out soon enough.

Anyone have or remember any initial renderings of the rumored F90 before it came out? Would be interesting to see how close some of those were to the real thing last cycle.

Personally, I don't think it's awful but not great. At least it looks somewhat agressive. I hope the final version still has a vent or the traditional M marker on the front fenders.
My concerns line up with everyone else's, regarding the weight and handling. Will just have to wait and see.

For now, I am picking up an M8 coupe to hold me over for the next year or two in order to see what the reviews are on the G90 and hopefully test drive one before making a final decision.

This is probably pretty close. Here they have gone more sporty/aggressive. It does not look bad at all although I prefer the subtle F90. I would like to see a more traditional color like a grey. This will appeal to some more than others. I am curious how the interior will turn out.

If it does look like this, then black is the color to get in this car.
