I have a F10 M5 with sticker price of over $120k. Cap cost was $106K (European delivery in 2015 with invoice + $1k pricing). My monthly is ~$1,105 for 10K/ year 3 year lease. Have posted details on the lease in other threads.

What is your MF and residual? Is your $1105 including taxes, what is the tax rate where you are?

I'm doing 15k miles, with 8.75% tax included. Not sure what the rates are like for 10K miles.

My deal is as follows:

$119,875 msrp

36 month lease
10k Miles a year.
$3k total drive off

$1800 a month including 9.5% sales tax on payments.

61% residual 0.00150 MF and $1000 bmw lease rebate ( February lock only)

Just for comparison the payments are about $250 a month less than my 2018 Mercedes E63s with the same msrp.

NJ. I paid taxes and DMV / ref fees upfront. The lease is almost up but if you search my other threads it should have details on MF, residual, etc. Are you paying 8.75% on the cap cost of the car or 1- residual amount?
