2022 M5C w/B&W

Good morning. I recently acquired a 2022 M5C, with the B&W system. My previous daily driver, which I still have, is a 2014 328d, with the upgraded, for the time, Harmon Karson sound system. Comparing the two, the 2014 HK system sounds significantly better. You can actually feel the bass in the HK system, while the B&W, even with the bass and equalizer adjusted, is barely there. Is almost as if the subs are not working. Is this a common issue with the M5s?

What are your settings? Maybe a blown speaker or two?
