M5 Competition JB4 vs 600+ WHP Nissan GT-R Video
Hey guys just thought I'd share an awsome race video of my friends Stock 2020 M5 Competition with a JB4 Tune on 93 octane against a modified Nissan GTR on E50 blend tune. They had 2 runs from a dig and a few rolls. The last 2 runs were incredibly close!!!

True when compared to 1500whp+ builds.
This is 99.9% of GTR's out there in terms of power levels and even 600+whp is stretching it since the transmissions are weak as hell past 650whp. If you have the money for a 1000whp+ GTR, you have the money for a 2000hp Foxbody/Corvette (if you wanna half mile car). There is always something MUCH faster for cheaper. source: have two close buddies with 1500whp fully built low 3 second 60-130 daily driven GTRs |

I always loved the amount of difference in "FBO" for GTRs. I've had two, one being FBO and one fully built 1300+whp. My Definition of FBO would be also to change the intercooler and piping but that's me. Still surprised that a tuned m5 can take it.
GTR trans is not remotely as weak as most say. 650wtq is the "gold standard" limit. the cars with trans issues were early 09MY. plenty of guys now run upgraded turbos with stock motor/trans making 800+whp and keeping the torque down to around 650.
