Is this for a 2020 M5? I’m trying to order a 2021 M5 here in the Los Angeles area and getting nothing near what you all are getting. I’ve continued emailing more dealers in the meantime. Seems like most are more willing to give deals on remaining 2020 models which makes sense given it’s year end.

With that said, is it better to wait until January to order MY2021 for a better deal? Or not anyone here in the greater LA or even OC area can direct me to a dealer they recently worked with on a MY2021 M5 order that offered deals close to what is quoted on this thread? Thanks!

It's for an ordered 2021 lease through a broker on Leasehackr.

I can't seem to locate Greg Poland's contact info. Looks like he went to BMW of Valencia but their website doesn't have staff contact information. I sent a general inquiry and waiting for a response. Shall see. Most I can get now is 5.5% off MSRP for a 2021 M5 order here in the LA area. Anyone got a better deal here in the LA area, please chime in.

So you're putting down the balance of the trade equity? I would recommend not putting any money down on a lease.
I would recommend rolling taxes and fees into the monthly payment as well. If you try to get out of the car early for any reason, you aren't getting that money back.
Interest is so low that those amounts are negligible.

I was putting down only 1st payment+all documents fee $2500 and trade equity is $10,500 cash back

Does not sound good at all. I am leasing a similarly priced 2021 with no trade equity for nearly the same price. Only cash up front is $950 plus my MSDs plus tax, title, doc fee. So somehow you're losing over $6,000 somewhere.

My mistake. Then it seems like a deal that is par for the course right now for an m5.
I would still lump taxes and fees into your payments but that's just me.

Does the MF come from BMWFS based on your credit/tier? Is MF standard across all models? Can the dealer raise the MF over what BMWFS said it was? Is there a breakdown of current MF rates?

Yes, they can raise the MF. The current base MF for the M5 is .00082 for the highest tier credit.

You have $13,000 of equity in your "trade-in". Where did that money go?

Hey all - in the market again for a 2021 M5. I did Euro Delivery on the 2013 M5 in Sept 2012 and was an amazing experience. Would prefer to do it again but given COVID not an option.

I am in Dallas and looking at M5 or Panamera. What kind of MF and Residual could I expect? Also % discount of MSRP?

I know the higher the priced car the more margin and opportunity for dealer discount.

Thanks in advance. Been looking at the various postings and have been missing out in the fun.

Hello I am in the Dallas area. Have you been driving the F10 since 2013? You should be able to get 8-10% off MSRP on an ordered car. Not sure if you are looking to order a car or purchase something off the lot. I took a look at a Panamera at Autobahn in Ft. Worth. Nice car, but the one I saw had a V-6??? To get the V-8 was of course more dollars and the look is not as favorable to me as the M5.

I was looking at some on the lot. San Antonio has several but they aren’t willing to do much beyond 6% and have about $1300 in dealer adds(nitrogen, mats etc).

My wife did say maybe wait to do Eurodelivery once we get Covid behind us later this year.

My wife looked at the Panamera today in Plano and wasn’t impressed either. Also seems like the MF and residual on a 36 month lease for the Panamera are horrible compared to the M5.

I may end up doing a build if I can’t wait until it’s safe for Eurodelivery.

I don’t have the 2013 m5 anymore. Got rid of it 9 months in given the issues they had with the pumps. My car actually got “held” at the port in NJ after picking up at the Welt due to the bad pumps.

Ford also announced the new Raptor today for purchase this summer. I am looking at that as well since I did have a Raptor two years ago.
