Lost weather information in idrive

I have a ‘19 M5. I just recently noticed that my weather and news apps have disappeared from my idrive menus. It shows they are paid and supposed to be available in the car. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get them back.

Has anyone else had the issue of having had them working, and then they disappear? Any ideas on how to fix it?

had the same thing happen to me. Noticed it some time ago also a 2019.

This happened to me and I read on the Forum to do a hard reset of the I-Drive.

Select it OFF and reboot ON - simple as that.

After looking into this more, I discovered I somehow got logged out of my account on the idrive. Not sure how or why that would’ve happened, but once I logged in again, all is well.
