I guess they just needed to sell a car. It only had 17 miles on it so it wasn't driven. Funny thing is, the car was built on the same day as my CS and it say at the port with mine until after Christmas also waiting for that ram module. The guy who ordered it backed out. I'm very thankful for that. He loaded the car up with 19k in m performance parts. So I have a cs clone for my wife to drive.
Bottom line is it doesn't hurt to ask
