Jackpoint Jackstands- My experience
I wanted to post a quick note here regarding my research into the best way to lift my car so I can perform winter/tire swaps at my own convenience. I looked at a bunch of the available options (Rennstand, Quickjack, etc) but ultimately landed upon Jackpoint due to the versatility I assumed it could provide me, along with the sturdiness of the mount system since something like a Quickjack just wasn't an option for me at this time.
After inquiring with Mr. Walton at Jackpoint a few times late last year, I put my name on a wait list and ended up getting a set of the jackstands in in mid March of this year. I ordered them with the standard pad set, but as I'll get into shortly, the standard pads were a bit too tall for my comfort on our cars. The standard pads work with our cars and also offer compatibility with cars that have pinch point welds at the lift point, but that wasn't one of my concerns. After some test fitting and thinking through how it would lift on my floor jack, I ended up purchasing the low-profile pad set with the Reverse Logic low profile jack pad adapters. Once these arrived, I did some more test fitting and was much more happy with the fit. I also tested them on my 2022 X3 M40i and the lifting location fits the exact same as our F90 M5s, so I took this as another positive. I did need to pre-lift the car before getting the pad underneath it, but I expected this given how low the car sits in relation to my floor jack. I just used my Race Ramps to give some extra height, which solved the problem. As you can see, I also took advantage of the unusually warm weather to clean the calipers and apply Gtechniq C5, since I had some leftovers from what I applied to my wheels after polishing & coating those as well. Without drawing this out, I attached some pictures and I hope it helps to shed more light onto this topic. I didn't find anything about Jackpoint when I was searching on the F90 forums, so maybe this will help someone else make a decision. Can't figure out why Bimmerpost isn't working with normal methods of adding images, so I'll add the direct links. Difference between the standard pad (top) and low-profile pad (bottom). Looks like an expensive solution to a previously unknown problem, but I can see how they might make people who don’t know how to use regular hackstabds feel more secure.

Also if you put the “pad” into the bmw mount point first it will rise like .5-.75” and you may be able to fit the jack under.
Other than that i want someone to come up with a replacement jack point that had a puck pre installed so I can just lift it without perfectly lining up the stupid rectangle insert. Outside that nothing better than quickjack.

Where are you jacking the car to use regular jack stands. I've been keeping it lifted on the jack as I don't see lift points like the F10
